بِسْمِ اللهِ الْرَّحْمَنِ الْرَّحِيْمِ
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ، وَالْصَّلَاةُ وَالْسَّلَامُ عَلَى أَشْرَفِ الْأَنْبِيَآءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِيْنَ
رَبِّ اَدْخِلْنِي فِي لُجَّةِ بَحْرِ أَحَدِيَّتِكَ، وَطَمْطَامِ وَحْدَانِيَّتِكَ، وَقَوِّنِى بِقُوَّةِ سَطْوَةِ سُلْطَاْنِ قُدْرَتِكَ حَتَّى أَخْرُجَ اِلَى فَضَاءِ سَعَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ. وَفِى وَجْهِي لَمَعَانُ بَرْقِ الْقُرْبِ مِنْ آثَارِ رَحْمَنِيَّتِكَ مَرْئِيًّا بِهَيْبَتِكَ، عَزِيْزًا بِعِنَايَتِكَ، مُبَجَّلًا مُعَظَّمًا مُكَرَّمًا بِتَكْرِيْمِكَ وَتَعْظِيْمِكَ، وَأَلْبِسْنِي مِنْكَ خِلَعَ الْعِزِّ وَالْقَبُوْلِ، وَسَهِّلْ لِي مَنَاهَجَ الْوُصْلَةِ وَالْوُصُوْلِ، وَتَوِّجْنِي بِتَاجِ الْكَرَامَةِ وَالْوَقَارِ، وَأَلِّفْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ أَحِبَّائِكَ فِى دَارِ الْدُّنْيَا وَدَارِ الْقَرَارِ، وَارْزُقْنِي مِنْ نُوْرِ اسْمِكَ هَيْبَةً تَنْقَادُ اِلَيَّ الْقُلُوْبُ وَالْأَرْوَاحُ، وَتَخْضَعُ لَدَيَّ الْنُّفُوْسُ وَالْأَشْبَاحُ، يَا مَنْ ذَلَّتْ لَهُ رِقَابُ الْجَبَابِرَةِ وَخَضَعَتْ لَهُ أَعْنَاقُ الْأَكَاسِرَةِ، لَا مَلْجَأَ وَلَا مَنْجَى مِنْكَ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ، وَلَا إِعَانَةَ إِلَّا بِكَ وَلَا اِتِّكَالَ إِلَّا عَلَيْكَ، اِدْفَعْ عَنِّي كَيْدَ الْحَاْسِدِيْنَ وَظُلُمَاتِ الْمُعَانِدِيْنَ وَاحْمِنِي تَحْتَ سُرَادِقَاتِ عَرْشِكَ، يَا اَكْرَمَ الْأَكْرَمِيْنَ أَيِّدْ ظَاْهِرِيْ فِى تَحْصِيْلِ مَرَاْضِيْكَ، وَنَوِّرْ قَلْبِي وَسِرِّيْ لِلْإِطْلَاعِ عَلَى مَنَاْهِجِ مَسَاْعِيْكَ. اِلَهِى كَيْفَ أَصْدُرُ عَنْ بَابِكَ بِخَيْبَةٍ مِنْكَ وَقَدْ وَرَدْتُهُ عَلَى ثِقَةٍ مِنْكَ، وَكَيْفَ تُؤَيِّسُنِي مِنْ عَطَائِكَ وَقَدْ أَمَرْتَنِيْ بِدُعَائِكَ، وَهَا اَنَا مُقْبِلٌ عَلَيْكَ مُلْتَجِئٌ اِلَيْكَ، بَاعِدْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ أَعْدَائِى كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ، وَاخْطَفْ أَبْصَارَهُمْ عَنِّي بِنُوْرِ قُدْسِكَ وَثُبُوْتِ عِزَّتِكَ إِنَّكَ اللهُ الْمُعْطِىْ جَلَائِلَ الْنِّعَمِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الْرَّاحِمِيْنَ. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا وَرِزْقًا حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا مُطَيِّبًا وَاسِعًا فِى الْدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ. اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ بَدَنِي خِزَاْنَةَ أَرْزَاقِ الْأَبْدَانِ، وَلِسَانِي خِزَانَةَ قُلُوْبِ أَهْلِ الْإِيْمَانِ، فَارْزُقْنِي لَطَائِفَ الْتَّوْحِيْدِ وَخَصَائِصَ الْتَّمْجِيْدِ إِنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللهُ الْحَمِيْدُ الْمَجِيْدُ الْفَعَّالُ لِمَا يُرِيْدُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الْرَّاْحِمِيْنَ وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحًمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وِصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

This dagger is my personal storage. The story behind the making of this dagger is quite long, in short, this dagger is the handiwork of the famous blacksmith, the late Wan Mustafa (Stopa). The making of this dagger took almost 4 years. One time I had the opportunity to visit him, before returning home he gave me a piece of his iron. He said he loved her very much. I myself do not know and for sure what is special about the iron.
After that, I brought this iron to a Pak Mazlan blacksmith, who lives in kampung Manan, Pasir Mas to be a candidate (bakalan) keris. He is one of the famous old blacksmiths who is still alive today. He has already forged thousands of Malay weapon blades. His expertise is not only in forging keris blades, but also other Malay weapons such as badik, spear, knife, machete, lawi ayam, swords and others. His prowess in the art of forging is unmatched. After completing the forging process, I sent this keris candidate back to the deceased Stopa.for the process of grinding, sculpting, grinding and so on until it is finished and perfect to become a dagger. A very complicated dagger of manufacture like this will of course take time and energy. And also thousands of dollars had to be spent. That’s the custom, to get something good, we have to make a little sacrifice.
The wait for the last 4 years came to an end, when I received a call from the deceased Stopa. He said my order for the dagger had been successfully completed. The fineness of his handicrafts is amazing. I am very happy.
After a few weeks, I brought this keris to the craftsman Abe Ahmad Nordin who lives in the Perangkap village to make the hulu and sampir.From here, the craftsman will select and determine the appropriate and best type of wood to be used as the dagger. Once the type of wood is selected, then the craftsman will begin to shape the upstream and sampir according to the type desired by the customer. After a month, this booking was successfully completed. The head is made of kenaung wood. This wood is known to have special properties.The sampir is also made of kemuning wood. The flute is made of senna wood.And Alhamdulillah, the upstream and sampir made by Ahmad Nordin are very beautiful, delicate, artistic and meet the characteristics of the original Malay sampir. The pendongkok is the last part that needs to be completed for the dagger dress. Without it, the dagger dress would not be complete and perfect. The dagger will look more radiant if worn by a pendongkok. Especially if the pendongkok is made of gold or silver. Since I was more interested in copper material at the time. So I got the copper pendongkok from the silversmith Abe Malliki Azzahra in the Handicraft Village, Kota Bharu. The workmanship is very delicate and very artistic. Pleasant to the eyes. When this dagger is taken off, then we ourselves will feel the aura of its greatness. Comfortably grasped, the spirit will blaze. If the hunus is stabbed forward, then the scales of the dragon will be visible. These dragon scales symbolize power and strength. Whatever, a dagger like this is the only one that exists in this world. Allahmdulillah.
